Chuck Rush is an Investment Advisor Representative with McAdam. He is currently FINRA Series 65 registered and has his Life, Annuity, and Health insurance license through the state of Virginia.

Chuck received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from the United States Military Academy and completed his Masters of Science in Finance from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University in May 2019.

Prior to a career change at McAdam, Chuck served as an infantry officer in the United States Army for 23 years in numerous leadership positions of increasing responsibility throughout the United States, Italy, Iraq, and Afghanistan.  He is a member of the Association of the United States Army, the Financial Planning Association National Capital Chapter, and the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce.  Chuck is appointed by the Arlington School Board to serve on the Budget Advisory Council, a citizen-led committee that provides advice and insight to Arlington Public Schools on budget priorities and financial management.  Chuck and his family reside in Arlington, VA.
